No its a Kronosaur - much bigger than Lipleurodon. In fact the Liopleurodon from "walking with dinosaurs" is so big it's just plain WRONG. The biggest adult Liopleurodon skeletons are around 35 feet long, that monster was 70 feet!
It SHOULD actually be called a Kronosaur, as those were the only Pliosaurs that grew so big. Actually, the TV version was a bit too big even for a Kronosaur!
